My workout doesn't appear on my Apple Watch
Make sure the Interval Run watch app is installed (Watch app on iPhone → Available Apps), then export the workout again from the workout screen. Keep the Watch nearby and unlocked during export. If it still doesn't sync, restart both devices and try again.
I can't hear voice cues during my run
Check that the cues you want are enabled in Settings → Audio, and that your iPhone's volume is up. The silent (ring/silent) switch does not mute cues, but very low media volume does. If you listen to music, cues either duck or mix with it depending on your Audio Mode setting. For Watch workouts, enable "Play cues on iPhone" to hear cues from your phone.
How do I connect a heart-rate chest strap?
Turn the strap on and moisten the electrodes, then in Interval Run choose the Bluetooth heart-rate source when starting a workout — the app scans and pairs automatically. Make sure the strap isn't already connected to another app or device, since most straps hold only one Bluetooth connection.
How do I restore my purchase or manage my subscription?
To restore a purchase on a new device, open Settings in the app and tap Restore Purchases while signed in with the same Apple ID. To manage or cancel your subscription, go to the iPhone Settings app → your name → Subscriptions.
My GPS distance or pace looks wrong
Give the app "Always" or "While Using" location access with Precise Location enabled. GPS needs open sky — the first minutes of a run, tall buildings, and dense forest can reduce accuracy. Starting the workout outdoors after the GPS indicator settles gives the best results.
How do I share my run to Strava or export it?
Open a finished workout and tap the Strava button to upload it — the first time, you'll be asked to connect your Strava account. You can also export any workout as a GPX file and use it in other services.
